Kadam Montague, a genetically enhanced warrior, is called to investigate a series of brutal murders. The suspect is a fellow Ghost Walker who if he isn't found put the entire Ghost Walker program in jeopardy. Kadam turns to Tansy Meadows to help him track down the killer but finds she comes with an entirely new set of problems.
